Lei Shen defeated. Throne of Thunder cleared on normal
Lei Shen went down this evening comfortably opening the gateway into heroic mode boss fights. Perfect timing as it’s right before this years guild meet in London. Koekie had a prize if we defeated Lei Shen before the guild meet. Lacteus was the winner of 50,000 gold!
Iron Qon and Twin Consorts
After Mike spent the previous raid complaining about RNG, much to the ridicule of the rest of the raid, we pulled it together and defeated Iron Qon without much trouble. Later in the same raid we almost downed Twin Consorts. We returned Sunday to finish the job. Onwards to Lei Shen!
Dark Animus dead!
After some frustrating trash we finally got to have a go at the Dark Animus. Once the tactics were nailed down the kill soon followed. Well done to everyone involved!
Primordius down
While a hectic fight, Primordius didn’t prove to be as challenging as Durumu. In fact the trash before the next boss, Dark Animus is proving to be a bigger challenge…
Durumu the Forgotten’s eye poked out!
In typical Exodus style, using an unorthodox raid setup made for a smooth kill. We also got a 15% wipe on Primordius in just a few attempts. Next raid reset looks promising for more kills in Throne of Thunder!
Ji-Kun (chicken boss)
Ji-Kun downed tonight. A fun fight. So much fun that several raid members flew away and missed the kill shot!
First blood in Throne of Thunder
Jin’rokh the Breaker, Horridon, Council of Elders and Tortos downed in Throne of Thunder. We even got an achievement for kicking the ball at Tortos! Some really fun fights so far and we’re all looking forward to the rest of the raid instance. That is, if Vestard can handle the bridge of doom after Jin’rokh…

Mists of Pandaria
Exodus went through a few changes at the start of this expansion. We merged both 10 player teams into one. Due to a few RL issues we started off a little slow but are starting to gather pace. The last few weeks has seen us clear all current raiding zones as well as the first 3 heroics in Mogu’shan Vaults in one raid reset. Roll on next reset!
Sinestra – Consort of Deathwing
A long overdue trip to Sinestra saw team Thrall down her after a couple of hours. Nice to finally clear Bastion of Twilight. Onwards to more missing heroic boss kills.
